Apparatus

The Leesburg Volunteer Fire Company operates a fleet of modern fire apparatus that has been carefully designed to handle the wide variety of situations likely to be encountered in and around Leesburg.

Engine 620

The primary engine from Station 20, our 2016 Pierce Enforcer has a 1500GPM Hale pump, Detroit DD13 engine, and seating for 6.

Tiller Truck 601

After 12 hard years as our first out ladder truck, our 2007 Seagrave now acts as the reserve truck and is currently housed at Fire Station 1.

It serves a dual purpose as both a truck and rescue squad. As a truck, it  has a 100ft ladder, over 300′ of ground ladders, and tools for search, rescue, and ventilation. As a rescue, it has an Amkus Ultimate System, airbags, ropes, and tools for vehicle extrication.

Engine 601 Bravo

With the purchase of our new Pierce engines, our 2007 Seagrave Marauder II serves as our reserve engine, filling in as needed for E620 or E601. When not in use, it is housed at Fire Station 1.

With seating for 5, it has a 200 GPM Hale Pump, Class A and B foam, and a Cat C-13 engine.
